We have been customers since 1996-97 and they used to be awesome now that they have moved to Montgomery village and have had several new employees seems like they don't care of the customers any more they have very poor customer service they push you to the side you don't even feel like being there anymore the previous employers we're so welcoming and cheerful. But now it's like walking into a very negative place. It sucks that we have just finished paying for three full bedroom sets and we're looking into paying a tv but after today's poorly customer service we will no longer be returning!

Literally just the worst. Horrible customer service. Very rude with the exception of Cindy (I think that's her name. She's phenomenal.) They will hang up the phone on you mid-sentence.
