Hired Ramon and Sons to install ceramic wood tiles in our kitchen in early 2016. The work was completed on time however after just a year and half the grout is coming up and the tiles have loosened. I called and left messages and no one has the courtesy to call me back. Spent $3,000 and may have to pay for rework as the contractors' I called are unsure of the type of installation that was done and can't ensure us if the grout is redone they won't loosen again. Please do not use this company if you want your job performed properly. Don't have $3,000 to have the work done again. No customer service follow up or concern from this company. CONSUMER BEWARE!
