Products are awesome just don't get any training classes from them. Waste of money
This store did not want to proceed a return from a purchase that I paid in cash. They stated that their return policy require a form of ID to proceed with the return. When I requested to see the writen return policy the lady stated but it was a lie. She did not not have that return policy. Either way she sent me to other location because she was not going to complete the return with out my ID.
I was sold a solid food for my dog which I used as her primary diet. Nature Balance roll food, not inexpensive. I later found out this should not be given as a primary food it's full of sodium and could cause kidneys to fail. I feel if you specialize in pet foods you need to have an understanding of WHAT YOUR SELLING!!! Especially when people depend on your knowledge.
